FlexDevs provides web design, development, AI agent implementation, workflow automation, SEO, and motion/video services for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.
Each project engagement will be governed by a separate agreement that outlines:
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project. FlexDevs retains the right to use work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

FlexDevs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a project engagement as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
